The Object

w To ope n th e Rack shortcut menu, right-click a free area in the Search Result area. The

functions in this menu can apply either to all search objects or only selected objects. The

options provided in this menu let you perform a preview of all selected clips, switch

between object display modes, select objects etc.

Command Bar

Use the three buttons at the top of the right-hand side of the

Find window to control the actual operation of the Find func-

tion.

Find Now

Once you have set all find parameters on the various tabs, click

this button to begin the search.

Stop

Click this button to halt a search at any time. This is useful if

you realize that you have not narrowed down the possible

results enough and the system is taking too long to process the

command or if you already see the file you need in the Search

Result area.

New Search

Click this button to delete all previously set search parameters and begin setting the parameters

for a new search.

Use the three functions at the bottom right-hand side of the Find window to control Rack assign-

ments of files found. You can copy either all or only selected files to an existing or new Rack.
