Standstill is detected at <= 2 Hz, the output Rel. 1 switches on and the safety gate can
be released with the pushbutton S3.
} Monitoring for overspeed via Rel. 2:
Overspeed is detected at >= 500 Hz and the output Rel. 2 switches off.
