Operating modes
} Dual-channel operation (contact or semiconductor outputs from ESPE) without detec-
tion of shorts across contacts
} Dual-channel operation (contact or semiconductor outputs from ESPE) with detection of
shorts across contacts: redundant input circuit, earth faults in the input circuit or shorts
across the input circuits are detected.
} Monitored manual start: The supply voltage must be present and the safety circuits
closed before the start contact is closed. The unit is not active until the start button has
been operated once the waiting period has expired (see technical details).
Muting
The muting controller can be used for parallel or sequential muting:
} Parallel muting with 2 muting sensors
