6. Warranty conditions
This apparatus was manufactured with most modern manufacturing
methods and tested carefully. All ManyTronic® products are subject
to a strict quality control. If this product should nevertheless operate
not perfect, we regret this much and ask you to contact the service
address mentioned on the last page. For the assertion of warranty
claims the following is valid:
The warranty period is 12 month from the day of purchase date.
Please keep the proof of purchase as proof for the warranty
claim.
During the warranty period the defective Dual- Stars Projector can
be sent to the service address mentioned on the last side. For
entitled warranty claims you will receive a new or repaired apparatus
free of charge back. After the expiration of the warranty period you
have likewise the possibility to send the defective apparatus for the
purpose of repair to the ManyTronic® customer service. After the
expiration of the warranty period occurring repairs are with costs.
Your legal rights are not limited by this warranty. Damages caused
by inappropriate treatment, operation, storage, changes of the
electronics, optics or housing, as well as by force majeure or by
other outside influences, as well as by operation outside of the
technical specifications, do not come under the warranty claim. For a
fast warranty handling please contact before return the
ManyTronic® customer service. You can find the contact data in
section 8 of this instruction.
