This function indicates when UsbDrDaqRun has captured the requested number of
samples.
Arguments:
handle: handle returned from UsbDrDaqOpenUnit or
UsbDrDaqOpenUnitProgress
ready: TRUE if ready, FALSE otherwise
Returns:
PICO_OK
PICO_INVALID_HANDLE
PICO_NOT_RESPONDING
