5. MONTAGE / ASSEMBLY

Nehmen Sie Tragächen und Leitwerke zur Hand und biegen Sie die

Ruder mehrmals vorsichtig(!) hin und her, um diese leichtgängig zu

machen. / Take the wings and stabilizers and move carefully(!) the

control aps several times in order to make them run smoothly.

Nehmen Sie die rechte Tragächenhälfte und die Teile für die Quer-

ruderanlenkungen zur Hand. / Take the right wing and the aileron

linkage parts at hand.

Montieren Sie das Ruderhorn mit den beiden Schrauben und hängen

Sie das Gestänge mit der Z-Biegung im äußersten Loch des Servo-

horns ein. / Install the rudder horn with the two screws in the control

ap and put the linkage into the outer hole of the servo horn.

Hängen Sie abschließend den Gabelkopf im Ruderhorn im äußersten

Loch ein und sichern sie ihn mit dem Silikonschlauch. / Connect the

clevis into the outer hole of the rudder horn and secure the clevis with

the silicone tube.

Wiederholen Sie den Vorgang für die linke Tragäche. / Repeat this

procedure for the left wing.

Nehmen Sie die Tragächenhälften und das Carbon-Steckungsrohr

zur Hand. Führen Sie das Rohr in die rechte Tragäche vollständig

ein. / Take both wing halves and the carbon tube at hands. Insert the

carbon tube fully into the right main wing.
