Skyhawk Trapmate Mini Start-Up Operation:
Before moving forward with the unit operation you must download the app onto your smart device and sign up
for an account.
Step 1: Download and install the Skyhawk Trapmate Mini Commander app from the Apple or Google Play store
onto your compatible smart device. Go to sky-hawk.com for more detailed information on which devices are
supported.
Step 2: Make sure the unit is powered on by pressing the button once. Unit will initiate a power up cycle and will
ash the LED during this process. This process should take about 30 seconds.
Step 3: After unit is powered up it will automatically send a turn ON alert to the smart device app. This initial
trigger is to make sure the unit is working and to let the user know someone interacted with the unit. When
sending a trigger there are two possible LED indicator colors. If the unit ashes GREEN, then that signies the
unit has transmitted the alert and the battery level is OK. If the unit ashes RED, then that signies the unit has
transmitted the alert but the battery level is getting low and should be replaced soon.
Step 4: The unit now automatically goes into armed mode. Whenever the unit is moved beyond the sensitivity
set in the application then the unit will connect to the cellular network and send the trigger alert as outlined in the
previous step.
