Bluetooth icon on
LIFEPAK 15 monitor has
red X across it
WIRELESS is set to OFF in the
Bluetooth Setup menu
• Set WIRELESS to ON.
• If red X remains, Bluetooth
module in LIFEPAK 15 monitor
may be faulty. Contact qualified
service representative.
WIRELESS is set to OFF in the setup
options, so the
WIRELESS default
is
OFF each time the LIFEPAK 15
monitor is turned on
• Change
WIRELESS setup option.

• Confirm that target device is on
and discoverable.

LIFEPAK 15 monitor was in a
different mode
• Confirm that
OUTPUT PORT is set to
BLUETOOTH WIRELESS.
• Select
FIND DEVICES and establish
a new connection.
Device does not connect
to last connected device

•Press HOME SCREEN to exit menu

receive transmissions.
• Attempt to retransmit.
