• Allow up to 3 minutes for probe to

equilibrate.

• Check that probe is positioned

properly.

Temperature probe not

detected by device

• Check connections between probe,

adapter cable, and device.

• Check that the sensor is approved

for use with the LIFEPAK 15

monitor/defibrillator.

• Contact qualified service personnel.
