Using the Strato Multi as a wired
shutter release*
1. Turn o the camera and the Phottix Strato Multi
receiver.
2. Attach the correct Phottix Accessory Cable for your
camera make and model to the 2.5 mm Accessory Port
on the Strato Multi receiver
3. Attach the other end of the cable to the cameras
remote port.
4. Turn on the camera and Phottix Strato Multi receiver**.
5. Consult your camera manual for specic settings for
remote use.
6. The Phottix Strato Multi receiver will function as a
wired shutter release functions. The shutter button
functions the same as a camera shutter button: A half-
press of the test/shutter button will autofocus, a full
press will take a photo.
*On compatible cameras
**Wired Shutter Release function can be used without
turning on the Strato Multi receiver, and will function
without batteries in the receiver.

This product is a precise electronic instrument. Do not
expose to damp environments or dust.
Do not drop or crush.
Do not use harsh chemical(s) or solvents to clean the
body. Use a soft cloth or lens paper.
Interference: The Phottix Strato Multi transmits and
receives radio signals at 2.4 GHz. Its performance can
be aected by electrical current, magnetic elds, radio
signals, wireless routers, cellular phones, and other
electronic devices. Environmental objects, such as large
buildings or walls, trees, fences, or cars can also aect
