Pre-Installation PLANNING INSTALLATION Read all instructions before assembly. To avoid damaging this product, assemble it on a soft, non-abrasive surface such as carpet or cardboard. Inspect each part for defects that may have occurred during shipping. Keep your receipt and these instructions for proof of purchase. NOTE: This lamp requires the use of two 120V, 60Hz, 6-Watt Edison LED bulbs (included) or two 120V, 60Hz, 100-Watt max, medium-base type A bulbs (not included).
Assembly instructions 1. Unpack the lamp and assemble upper/middle poles □ Carefully organize and place all parts on a smooth, flat surface. line up all of the parts according to the assembly diagram. □ Screw two upper poles (E) to bottom of the socket assembly (D). □ Screw two middle poles (F) to bottom of the upper poles (E). 2. Assemble the lower poles □ Screw two lower poles (G) to bottom of the middle poles (F).

Assemble the base □ Pull the excess power cord through the base (H). □ Insert the nipples of lower poles (G) into holes in base (H), and then secure with two metal washers (I) and two nuts (J) from bottom of the base (H), wrench (K) included. 4. Assemble the glass shades □ Remove two socket rings (B) from the sockets by unscrewing the socket rings (B). □ Place one glass shade (C) over each socket, and then secure with a socket ring (B) removed above.
Assembly instructions (continued) 5. Install the bulbs □ Prior to installing the bulbs, inspect sockets for silica packet. If packet is present, then remove and throw away. Do not expose it to children or pets. □ Install two 120V, 60Hz, 6-Watt Edison LED bulbs (A) (included) or two 120V, 60Hz, 60-Watt max, medium-base type A bulbs (not included) into the sockets of the light lamp. □ Plug cord into an outlet and turn on at the foot switch.
