Causes What to do
There is too much noise, I cannot understand the speaker
J Your hearing aid microphones
are set too high.
J The RemoteMic rubs against
the wearer’s clothing.
J The settings of your hearing
aids are not right.
J Reduce the hearing aid
volume by a long press of
streamer button.
J Place the RemoteMic
closer to the mouth of the
speaker (20 cm, 8").
J Use the RemoteMic
button to increase the
volume of the RemoteMic.
J Make sure the RemoteMic
is clipped firmly. Clothing
should not cover the
RemoteMic.
J Please ask your hearing
care professional to fine-
tune your hearing aids.
