Europe:
Declaration of Conformity
Hereby Phonak AG declares that this Phonak product
is in compliance with the essential requirements of the
Radio and Telecommunications Terminal Equipment
Directive 1999/5/EC. The full text of the Declaration of
Conformity can be obtained from the manufacturer
or the local Phonak representative whose address can be
taken from the list on http://www.phonak.com (Phonak
worldwide locations).
US and Canada:
1. This equipment complies with Part 68 of the FCC
rules and the requirements adopted by the ACTA. On
the bottom of this equipment is a label that contains,
among other information, a product identier in the
format US: KWCW4NANCT8171. If requested, this
number must be provided to the telephone company.
