6. HOW DO | PROGRAMMER A RECORDING? T T Programming with "Show View" This method makes programming your video recorder as easy as dialing a telephone number. All you need to do is enter the (thereto nine-digit) Shaw View code which is printed in your TV guide next to the starting time for the TV programmer. When programming any TV channel the first time, the video recorder first has to *learn” on which programmer position the respective channel is stored. Insert a cassette which is not protected against recording into the video recorder.

7. EDITING VIDEO RECORDINGS it is not possible to simply cut video tapes with a pair of scissors then splice them.
