Philips Semiconductors Product specification Triple video output amplifier TDA6107JF FEATURES GENERAL DESCRIPTION • Typical bandwidth of 5.5 MHz for an output signal of 60 V (p-p) The TDA6107JF includes three video output amplifiers and is intended to drive the three cathodes of a colour CRT directly. The device is contained in a plastic DIL-bent-SIL 9-pin medium power (DBS9MPF) package, and uses high-voltage DMOS technology.

Regarding dissipation, distinction must first be made between static dissipation (independent of frequency) and dynamic dissipation (proportional to frequency).
