Vibrations
Set up strap and sensor
Charge the sensor before you use it
for your rst week. A full charge takes
eight hours.
Insert the sensor into the gray pouch
that is part of the Snoring Relief Band.
Put on the strap just below your chest
and securely fasten the strap. The strap
should be tight enough so you feel the
vibrations and the strap does not move
during the night. The strap should not be
so tight that it hurts.
Press and hold the activation button for
two seconds to start the sleep session.
The sensor will vibrate briey and show ‘--’.
Remember to turn o the sensor after
every sleep session. Press and hold
the button again for two seconds.

the data.
Your rst nights
During the rst week, the number of
vibrations starts low and increases over
time. From the eighth session onwards, the
sensor always encourages you to turn from
your back to your side.
A built-in 30-minute timer allows
you to fall asleep in your favorite
position – back, stomach, or side –
before the sensor starts vibrating.
30 Minutes after you start a sleep
session, the sensor will
be activated.
Vibrations will stop when you
roll onto your side.
During the night, you are in control
with the Pause Function: Flip the sensor
90 degrees to pause the vibrations for
30 minutes.
If you sleep on your stomach, the strap
might feel uncomfortable because the
sensor needs to be on your front to
function properly.
