9 Environment
• This symbol on a product means that the product is
coveredbyEuropeanDirective2012/19/EU.(Fig.15)
• This symbol means that the product contains a
built-in rechargeable battery covered by European
Directive 2006/66/EC which cannot be disposed of
with normal household waste. Follow the instructions
in section ‘Removing the rechargeable battery’ to
removethebattery(Fig.16).
8 Replacement
8.1 Brush head replacement
Wornlamentscouldleadtoskinirritation.Thereforethe
brush head should be replaced every 3 months or earlier if
thelamentsaredeformedordamaged.Replacementbrush
heads and additional brush head types are available from our
website www.shop.philips.com/service or from the shop
where you purchased your Philips beauty appliance. If you
haveanydifcultiesobtainingreplacementbrushheads,please
contact the Philips Consumer Care Centre in your country.
