2 Get started Configure your phone 1 When using your phone for the first time, you see a welcome message (country dependent). 2 Set the country and language if prompted. 3 Set the date and time. • If the time is in 12-hour format, press key to select [am] or [pm] (country dependent).
3 Bluetooth Pair your S8A with your mobile phones Make sure the Bluetooth function of the mobile phones is activated and in searching status. Then you can do the pairing in this way: 1 Press and hold on the base station until the Bluetooth LEDs on the base station flash. 2 On the mobile phone, select S8A and connect. 3 Enter the PIN code (0000) on the mobile phone, if necessary. »» When S8A and the mobile phone are paired, or is displayed on the handset screen.
4 Enjoy Call Normal call Press / and dial the phone number. Predial call 1 Dial the phone number. 2 Press / to select the landline or Bluetooth line ( / / ) from which you want to make an outgoing call. 3 Press / to dial out the call. Answer a call To answer a call, press / when the phone rings. End a call • To end a call, press . • Place the handset to the base station. Adjust the earpiece volume Press or to adjust the volume during a call.
