On handling the LCD screen The LCD is manufactured using high precision technology. You may, however, see tiny black points and/or bright points(red,blue,green) that continuously appear on the LCD.

The player does not respond to the remote control – Aim the remote control directly at the sensor on the front of the player. Avoid all obstacles that may interfere with the signal path. Inspect or replace the batteries.
