1 Connect the speaker cables. Tip See the User Manual for how to connect other equipment to this system. 2 Connect the FM antenna. 3 Connect the power cord of the system. AC power FM antenna 2 Speaker (right) 3 Speaker (left) 1 1 Set clock In the standby mode, press and hold CLOCK to activate the clock setting mode. ➜ The hour digits are displayed and begin to blink. ➜ If the hour digits are not displayed, press and hold for more than 2 seconds to switch to standby mode, then repeat step 1.

Play from disc 1 Press CD to select the CD source. 2 CD Press OPEN/CLOSE. ➜ The disc tray opens. 3 Place a disc onto the tray and press OPEN/CLOSE. ➜ Ensure that the label is facing upwards. 4 Playback will start automatically. • If play does not start, press / pressÉÅ. to select a track and then Play from USB 1 Flip open the cover marked USB DIRECT on the top panel. 2 Insert the USB plug of a USB device into the exposed socket. 3 Press USB to select the USB source.
