The remote control does not function
properly.
The timer is not working.
The Clock/Timer setting is erased.
The USB device doesn’t play on my
MCM239.
✔ Select the source (CD or TUNER, for example)
before pressing the function button (ÉÅ,í,
ë).
✔ Reduce the distance between the remote
control and the system.
✔ Insert the battery with its polarities
(+/– signs) aligned as indicated.
✔ Replace the battery.
✔ Point the remote control directly toward
IR sensor on the front of the system.
✔ Check the set is switched off
✔ Set the clock correctly.
✔ Press TIMER to switch on the timer.
✔ Power has been interrupted or the power cord
has been disconnected. Reset the clock/timer.
Troubleshooting
✔ It is not set in the USB mode. Select USB mode.
✔ The device is not securely connected to
MCM239’s USB port. Re-connect the device, and
make sure that the device is powered on.
✔ The device is not supported by MCM239, or the
audio file format stored on the device is not
supported by MCM239. Use a compatible
device/ playable audio file format.
