How can I clean the wooden surface on the
handset ?
This product is partly made from nely selected
natural wood. The color of the wood and nish
may change with exposure to direct or indirect
sunlight and other environmental factors. This
color change occurs is part of the natural
ageing process and is not to be considered as
defect or damages.
Wood is a natural material and has certain
natural characteristics and variances that are not
covered under the warranty.
You are highly recommended to use a dry cloth
to clean the product and not to use alcohol
or any cleaning detergent as it may change the
original color and nish of the product.
