8 Additional information Update software For software updates, check the current software version of this product to compare with the latest software (if available) at the Philips website. Caution • Power supply must not be interrupted during software upgrade. 1. Press the Numeric buttons to enter ‘136900’ or the last set password at [Old Password] field. 2. Play The disc cannot be played. • The disc is badly scratched, deformed, or dirty. Replace or clean the disc. • Use the correct disc format or file format. DivX video files cannot be played. • Ensure that the DivX video file is complete. • Ensure that the file name extension is correct. The aspect ratio of the screen is not aligned with the TV display setting. • The aspect ratio is fixed on the disc. DivX subtitles are not displayed correctly.
