Problem Possible cause Solution
I dropped the
shaver and the
shaving unit fell
apart.
Reassemble the
shaving unit.
Place the cutters in the
shaving head holders with the
cutter legs pointing upwards.
Place the guards onto the
holders (over the cutters)
and turn them anticlockwise
until they lock into position.
One of the guards does not
have a shaving conditioner
hole in the centre and
needs to be attached onto
a specic holder. This is the
holder that is closest to the
on/off button when the
shaving unit is assembled on
the shaver. If the cutters and
the guards have become
mixed up, it may take several
weeks before optimal shaving
performance is restored.
