Why
doesn’t any
shaving
conditioner
come out
of the holes
when I press
the shaving
conditioner
button?
The shaving conditioner cartridge is almost empty.
Rell the cartridge (see chapter ‘Getting started’).
Why does the
trimmer make
more noise
than other
trimmers?
Due to the new open design, you hear the cutting
action of the trimmer more clearly than is the
case with other trimmers. This is normal and does
not mean that there is something wrong with the
trimmer.
I dropped the
shaver and
the shaving
unit fell apart.
How should I
reassemble the
shaving unit?
Place the cutters in the shaving head holders with
the cutter legs pointing upwards. Place the guards
onto the holders (over the cutters) and turn them
anticlockwise until they lock into position. One of the
guards does not have a shaving conditioner hole in
the centre and needs to be attached onto a specic
holder. This is the holder that is closest to the on/off
button when the shaving unit is assembled on the
shaver. If the cutters and the guards have become
mixed up, it may take several weeks before optimal
shaving performance is restored.
