below the MIN
indication in the jug.
Make sure the liquid level is between
the MAX and MIN indication.
You have put too
many ingredients
in the jug or
used oversized
ingredients.
Remove some of the ingredients
and cut the ingredients into
2 x 2 x 2 cm / ⁄ x ⁄ x ⁄ in pieces
(Follow the user manual instruction or
the recipe booklet).
You have used
frozen ingredients.
This appliance is not suitable for
frozen ingredients. Always defrost the
ingredients before putting into the jug.
You have been
using the appliance
continuously.
Leave the appliance to cool down for
at least 30 minutes before next use.
The motor does
not work when
using Cold soup/
Smoothie or
