Insert holder with shredding/slicing insert The insert holder with shredding/slicing inserts is intended for slicing and shredding vegetables like cucumber, carrots, potatoes, leek and onions and certain kinds of cheese. There is a shredding insert and a slicing insert. Never process hard ingredients like ice cubes with the slicing/shredding inserts. The cutting edges of the inserts are very sharp. Do not touch them.
