Troubleshooting
This chapter summarises the most common problems you could encounter with the appliance. If
you are unable to solve the problem with the information below, consult our website www.philips.

Problem Possible cause Solution
The appliance does
not work.
The rechargeable battery is
empty.
Charge the rechargeable battery (see
chapter ‘Charging’).
The charger is still charging. It takes 24 hours to charge the massager
fully. When fully charged, the massager has
an operating time of up to 1 hour. For a
single session, charge the massager for at
least 10 hours (see chapter ‘Charging’).
The travel lock is activated. Deactivate the travel lock (see chapter
‘Using the appliance’).
The massager
suddenly switches
off.
The rechargeable battery is
empty.
Charge the massager (see chapter
‘Charging’).
You have pressed the mode
selection button or the
decrease button for some
time and thus switched off
the massager.
Press any button to switch on the massager
again.
The charger does
not work.
The charger is not plugged in. Insert the small plug into the charger and
put the adapter in the wall socket.
The pre-warming function is
activated.
Press the pre-warming button to switch off
the pre-warming function.
You have not placed the
massager on the charger
properly.
Place the massager properly on the charger
(see chapter ‘Charging’).
The massager and
its charger become
warm during
charging.
This is normal. No further action required.
