Problem Possible cause Solution
The charging case is
still charging.
It takes 24 hours to charge the
massagers fully. When fully
charged, the massagers have an
operating time of up to 1 hour.
For a single session, charge the
massagers for at least 10 hours
(see chapter ‘Charging’).
The travel lock is
activated.
Deactivate the travel lock (see
chapter ‘Using the appliance’).
The
charging
case does
not work.
The charging case is
not plugged in.
Insert the small plug into the
charging case and put the
adapter in the wall socket.
One or both
massagers are not
placed in the
charging case
properly.
Place the massagers properly in
the charging case (see chapter
‘Charging’).
The lid of the
charging case is
open.
Close the lid of the charging case.
The charging case does not work
if the lid is open.
The
massagers
and the
charging
case
become
warm
during
charging.
This is normal. No further action required.
