Tips
- Tea packages often mention the optimal brewing instructions (water
temperature and steeping time).
- Teegschwendner, a German tea specialty retailer, has a special tea
dosing scoop and provides dosing and brewing instructions on all their
tea packages.
- Tea leaves are best stored in an airtight container in a dark and dry
place.
- Taste is very personal and you may need to experiment with the
amount of tea leaves to obtain the tea strength you prefer. Try to
