There is an excessive
amount of water
droplets on the oor
during a long steaming
session.
Heavy use of the
appliance has caused
excessive amount of
water condensed inside
the appliance, and drips
out of the steamer head.
Let the appliance cool down.
Remove the grille and press a dry
cloth against the black surface to
remove the condensed water.
If the problem persists, leave the
appliance to dry for a few days.
Alternatively, after a long steaming
session, turn off the steam and
turn on the suction function for at
least 1 hour.
Always store the appliance in a
place with good ventilation.
Do not cover the steamer head
during storage.
Suction function still
can be turned on
when the steam
function is set to off
position.
This is part of the design. This is normal. After the appliance
is unplugged, the suction function
cannot be turned on.
