Richt de stoom nooit op mensen. Druppelstop Dit strijkijzer is uitgerust met een druppelstopfunctie: het strijkijzer stopt automatisch met stomen wanneer de temperatuur te laag is, zodat er geen water uit de zoolplaat druppelt. Als dit systeem wordt ingeschakeld, hoort u mogelijk een geluidje.
Nederlands Zoolplaathuls ter bescherming van tere stoffen (alleen GC4425, GC4415) De zoolplaathuls ter bescherming van tere stoffen voorkomt glimmende plekken en schade door een te hete zoolplaat. Dankzij de zoolplaathuls kunt u tere stoffen (zijde, wol en nylon) strijken op temperatuurstanden tussen 3 en MAX in combinatie met alle stoomfuncties van het apparaat.
Nederlands 69 1 2 De antikalktablet voorkomt dat kalk de stoomgaatjes verstopt. De tablet is voortdurend actief en hoeft niet te worden vervangen. De Calc-Clean-functie verwijdert de kalkdeeltjes uit het strijkijzer. De Calc-Clean-functie gebruiken Gebruik de Calc-Clean-functie om de twee weken. Als het water in uw woongebied erg hard is (d.w.z. wanneer er tijdens het strijken schilfertjes uit de zoolplaat komen), moet u de Calc-Clean-functie vaker gebruiken.

Nederlands Probleem Het strijkijzer produceert geen stoomstoot. Er vallen druppeltjes water op de stof tijdens het strijken. Mogelijke oorzaak Oplossing De zoolplaat is niet warm genoeg en/of de druppelstopfunctie is geactiveerd. Stel een strijktemperatuur in die geschikt is voor stoomstrijken (2 tot MAX). Plaats het strijkijzer op zijn achterkant en wacht tot het temperatuurlampje is uitgegaan voordat u gaat strijken. U hebt de stoomstootfunctie te vaak achter elkaar gebruikt.

Indien u het zoemende geluid hoort als u strijkt zonder stoom, laat dan de Ionic DeepSteam-knop los. De Ionic DeepSteamfunctie heeft geen effect als u zonder stoom strijkt.
