6. Multimedia
This menu and its sub-menus contain options
related to the multimedia features of mobile phone.
Camera/Video
You can take photos and record video clips with
the built-in camera. The camera produces pictures
in jpg format and video clips in avi format. The
camera lens is on the back of the phone.
When taking and using images or video clips, obey all
laws and respect local customs as well as privacy and
legitimate rights of others.
Your device supports image capture resolutions of
up to 640 x 480 pixels. The image resolution in
these materials may appear different.
Picture
To open the camera viewfinder, select Menu >
Multimedia > Camera/Video > Picture.
Shortcuts are as follow:
Take a photo
Frame the image you want to shoot:
1. To zoom in or out in camera mode, press
+ or
-. (Only invalid for image resolution 640 x 480
pixels).
2. To adjust the exposure compensation in
camera mode, press
< or >.
3. To take a photo, press
, or 0. The image
is saved automatically in the Picture folder of My
files. See “My files” on page 40.
After the image has been taken, follow these tips:
• If you do not want to keep the image, press
RDelete.
• To return to the viewfinder to take a new
picture, press
LGo on.
Press 1 to adjust Effect settings.
Press
2 to adjust White balance.
Press
4 to select Delay timer.
Press
5 to select Cont. shot.
Press
6 to select Scene mode.
Press
7 to adjust Image quality.
Press
8 to select Image size.
