4. Tools
This menu contains features and options that are
designed to help you get organized and informed at
all times.
Calendar
Select Menu > Tools > Calendar.
The current day is highlighted in blue. If there are
any notes set for the day, the day is highlighted in
yellow.
You can press the navigation keys to view the
calendar. Select a date that you wish to view and
press
L
Options to access the following options:
To Do List
To save notes for tasks that you must do, select
Menu > Tools > To Do List.
If there is no task in your phone, the screen displays
Empty. You can press
L
Add to create a new task.
Add a task
1.
Select one of task types: Meeting, Course, Date,
Call, Anniversary or Reminder.
2. Set the date and time. The time you enter
must be in 24-hour format.
3. Write the note for the task.
4. Press
< or > to select the Alarm status and
Repeat mode.
5. Edit the Location for the task.
6. Press
RDone to save the note.
Options of the existing task
If there are any notes in the Task List, you use + or
- to scroll the list. Select one task and press
L
View Tasks Allows you to view the day notes.
Press
L
Options to access
options of the day: View, Add, Edit
Task, Delete Task, Delete All, and
Send vCalendar. (Please refer to
“To Do List” for more details.)
Add Task Allows you to create a new event
in the calendar.
Jump To Date Allows you to view a specific day
quickly. Enter the date and press
L
.
Go To Weekly
View
Displays the calendar in week
view.
