13 Troubleshooting

Main unit

The buttons on the

recorder do not work.

There is a technical problem. Disconnect this unit from the power

outlet for 30 seconds, then connect again. If the recorder still not

able to operate, then reset it to the default factory settings as

below:

1 Disconnect its ~MAINS from the power supply.

2 While you press and hold STANDBY-ON button on this

recorder, connect its ~MAINS to the power supply.

3 Continue to hold down the STANDBY-ON button until

‘STARTING’ is displayed on the display panel.

4 When you see texts scrolling on the display panel, press

STANDBY-ON button

All information, including channels, timer recordings and

settings, are deleted.
