Record TV Programmes (continued)
Timer recording (For UK only)
Users in the United Kingdom can
schedule a timer recording by using the
TV Guide, selecting a PlusCode number
or manually set a recording schedule.
Timer recording - using the TV
Guide
To schedule a recording with the TV
guide, simply select the desired
programme from the channel list.
A Turn on the TV to the correct viewing
channel for the recorder.
B Press HOME on the remote control.
C
Select { TV Guide } in the menu and
press OK.

Use   keys to select an upcoming
TV programme which you wish to
record, then press the Red button on
the remote control.
 The ‘TIMER’ icon will light up on the
display panel if a timer recording is set.
Timer recording - VIDEO Plus+®
System
This is a simple timer programming
system. To use, enter the PlusCode
programming number associated with
your television programme. You can  nd
this number in your TV listings magazine
or TV Guide menu.
All the information needed by this
recorder for programming is contained in
the programming number.
A Turn on the TV to the correct viewing
channel for the recorder.
B Press TV guide on the remote control.
C Press the Yellow button.

VIDEO Plus+ System
Enter the PlusCode programming number:
D Use  keys or the alphanumeric
keypad 0-9 to enter the PlusCode
programming number for the show you
wish to record and press OK. (e.g, :
5-312-4 or 5,312 4, key in ‘53124’).

To cancel the PlusCode programming
number, press the Red button on the
remote control.
E To con rm your entry, press OK on the
remote control.
