Press the SUBTITLE button during playback. The subtitle
menu will appear on the TV screen.

Within 15 seconds, press the A/v buttons to select a sub-
title language. Selecta languagefrom those availableon the
DVD.

Helpful Hints
With someDVDs,you may selecta
subtitlelanguagein the Disc menu.
If the desiredlanguageis not shown
after pressingthe _/_ buttonssev-
eraltimes,the Discdoesnot have
subtitlesin that language.
The subtit/esmay be delayedfor a
few seconds.
• Yoursubtitleselectionwill be can-
celledif you open the Disc tray or
turn off the powerThe defaultset-
ting of the DVDwill be selected
again.
