Specifications

This may be a possible to bypass the RCE (Regional Code Enhancement) protection on The

Patriot on the Toshiba range of DVD players. This is specifically for the SD-100E however may

well work on other players:

Insert the disc and wait for the RCE screen to appear

Press 'Memory' on the remote control

Enter title 01, chapter 00

Press Enter

This should play the film.

Toshiba SD1200, Toshiba SD2109, Toshiba SD1600, Toshiba SD1700,

Toshiba SD210E, Toshiba SD2150, Toshiba SD220E, Toshiba SD2800,

Toshiba SD3750

Put DVD into player - wait for regional code violation screen to appear. Once this happens

press the M (Memory) button on your remote control. Then press 1 for Title 1 and press play

on the remote. This will over-ride the regional code violation detection menu and you can

watch the movie etc by entering the fwd on the remote control and change chapters etc by

using the T (Title/Chapter) button on the remote control)

Tredex TX-8303

Open the tray, on the remote, push 2-1-8-0. Then push the number of the region you want.

For example 2-1-8-0-2 gives you Region 2. For Region-Free, push 2-1-8-0-9

United DVD 1151

Power "on". Press and hold "stop" and then "open/close"+"skip fwd" on the player (not the

remote) for 3 sec. Hidden menu appears on TV: Mark "REGIONAL NUMBER" and press "select"

on remote. Menu: "REGIONAL NO 1,2,3,4,5,6,FREE". Mark "FREE" and press "SELECT" on the

remote.

United DVD 1155

Open tray, enter 8926 (you'll see **** on the top left of the screen). Enter region code of your

choice (1-9. 9 is all regions) (you'll see the number of the region selected on the top left of the

screen). push play

Hold Stop, Turn on, Press open/close and Skip(=>>) at the same time. Select region on the

menu that appears

United DVD 2151

Make sure you don’t have any DVD inserted and Door Closed. With the remote control: press

SETUP, NEXT, STOP, PAUSE/STEP, press PREV, press NEXT.

United DVD 2255, United DVD 3151

Open tray, enter 3308 (you'll see **** on the top left of the screen). Enter region code of your

choice (0-6. 0 is all regions) (you'll see the number of the region selected on the top left of the

screen). Push play

United DVH 3160
