'159'. The display will change to show 11 dashes ('-----------'). For region 1 enter the 12 digit

code '005000128156', for region 2 enter the 12 digit code ‘002000128156’ Press 'Play' and the

screen will turn red and then reset.

Press the buttons 2, 0, 1 and then 0 on your Remote, or if this doesn't work, try pressing the

Press the Step button , Press the Shuffle button , Press the Next button

Press "Setup", "stop", "Skip back" (|<<), "skip forward" (>>|).You are now taken to a

"Region" + misc setup.

select RESET.

Turn on, press open, and push 1111 on remote slowly, then 0 and push close.

Open tray, Press (SETUP), Enter code ( 9-3-0-1-0 ), Press (STEP), Press (SHUFFLE), Press

(NEXT).

Press the Setup button on your remote control, Title, Step, Next, Up and, select the region of

your choice or Bypass for region free, Save and then Exit the menu.

Maplin SMC-MK1

Open the tray, Press 7, Press Enter, Press 7, a service menu will now appear enabling you to

change the region using the country code 13.

To convert this player to Multi-Region follow the below steps:

Press the Open/Close button on the players Remote Control to open the drive tray.
