With the tray empty, select the Menu, press 9, Open/Close, then 5, Select region 1-6, Mute.
JNL Digivision 7001
Open the tray. Input the numerical sequence 2180 followed by the zone number of the
software you wish to play. This is shown on the DVD as number inside a world globe. (Use 9 for
multizone). Close the tray.
To disable macrovision, open the tray. Input the numerical sequence 45611. Close the tray. To
reset Macrovision protection input 45610 and close tray.
JNL Digivision 7002

JNL Digivision 7003
Turn power on, Open tray, Enter 8421 and press enter, Select "ALL" and press enter. Close
tray.
Jocel MP3000
On the remote control type; OPEN, SETUP, MUTE, LAST, NEXT. In the special menu change
Region code, disable Macrovision.

Ensure there is no disc in the players draw
Turn the player off and unplug the power lead
Press and hold the On Screen and Title keys simultaneously and plug the AC cord back in while
holding the keys pressed down
Release the keys when you see Test JC3 or Test JC2.
Press Enter
The resume light will turn on
Press the Power button to turn the player off
Press the Power button again to turn on your player
Note: If steps 7 and 8 don't work, unplug and re-plug your player instead of using the power
switch to turn the player on and off.
JVC XV-511BK
Make sure there is no Disc in the tray. Shut off the unit and unplug it from the AC outlet. Press
and Hold the "Play" and "Open/Close" keys, simultaneously on the player and not the remote
control. While holding these keys, plug the AC cord back into the outlet. (TEST and CPU ver#
will appear on the display). Press DVD Menu twice on the remote.
When the display reads 000 5858 use the up and down buttons to change the 000 to 02E.
Using the Left and Right arrow buttons, change the last four digits until they read 0000 for
Region Free, 0101 for Region 1, 0202 for Region 2 or 0404 for Region 4. Press Enter on the
player. Press Standby and wait 5 seconds. Press Standby again. Your player is now set to the
region you requested. If you find some titles do not play on the region 0 setting, you may have
to hard select the appropriate region.
JVC XV-515
Locate wire jumper B532 on the printed circuit, near the front panel. It can be found
underneath the connector linking this board to the above one. Cut the jumper and turn the
power on. Enter password 5963. Turn off the machine and on again.
