or choose to bypass region settings.
Macrovision Removal: Enter SETUP (via remote) then enter 590419 to enter "loop hole" menu.
Cursor to macrovision & set to OFF.

Set player to standby mode with the tray open. Press 0,1,2,3. Press Play.
Code 2
Open the DVD Player CD Tray.
Keeping the tray open put the player into Standby mode.
Press 0,1,2,3.
Press Play.

Turn on the machine. Press Setup. Press Slow. Press Previous Track. Press Next Track. A
service menu will now appear enabling you to change the region.

Press the Open / Close button
Enter the following numbers 0, 0, 7 followed by the Select / Enter key on the Remote
Use the cursor arrows on the Remote to highlight the MCF CODE menu
Press the Select / Enter key
Enter the numbers 1, 9, 6, 9 followed by the Select / Enter key on the remote
To finalise the modification press the Setup button

Open the DVD tray. Enter 3, 3, 0, 8 on the remote control (you will see XXXX on the top left of
the screen). Enter the region code of your choice, 1 for region 1, 2 for region 2 etc. and 0 for
region-free. You should see your selected region in the top left of the screen for a short while.
