With the disc out and on press, SETUP, STOP, |<<, >>|

Power up the DVD player with no disc in.
Press Setup to access the normal menu.
Press STOP then |>| (next track).
A factory debug menu will appear with the option to bypass regions and disable macrosvision along with a few other
things.

Haaz HZ-250
1. Open the player's tray.
2. Press 9, 9, 9, 9 on the remote.
3. Press OK.
4. Press required region or 9 for region free.
NB: If the sequence in step 2 doesn't work, try 8, 4, 2, 1.
Haaz HZ-270
1. Make sure there is no DVD in the player's tray.
2. Press 2, 9, 1, 8, Enter on the remote.
3. You should then be in the hidden menu, where you change the region on the first page, or use 13 for region free.
4. You can also disable Macrovision on the second page of the menu.
Harmon DVD-1
Put the player into Standby mode, with no disc in the tray.
On the Remote Control press: 3 1 4 1 5 9 2.
Then press the zone you want: 1-4.
Power the player ON.
You should now be able to play any region
Harmon DVD-5
Put the player into Standby mode with and ensure there is no disc in the tray
Key in the following on the Remote Control: 3, 1, 4, 1, 5, 9 2
Now key in the number of the Region you require: 1 for Region 1, 2 for Region 2 etc.
Turn the player on. Open the tray and play the disc of your choice
Note: The Region code is stored when the player is turned off, so therefore you will need to
change the region for each region DVD you wish to play
Harmon DVD-10
Turn the player on
Wait until 'No disc' is displayed
Press the buttons 3, 1, 4, 1, 5, 9 and 2 on the Remote Control
The press 1 for Region 1, 2 for Region 2, 3 for Region 3, or 4 for Region 4 etc.
The display should now show 'Power On'

Wait until 'No disc' is displayed
