Key in the following code from the Remote Control 31415900

Then press "EXIT"

You should receive a message in English stating the machine is now Region Free.

Machine is now in Region Free mode

Code 2

Turn the player on and ensure there is no disc in the tray

From the Remote Control key in 0, 0 and Clear, for Region Free operation

0, 0, 1 for Region 1

0, 0, 2 for Region 2 and so on

Turn on the power

Verify the region code by pressing '00' and '+10'

Turn player on standby

Press '00' and the region code you want (you can't select Region 0)

Verify the region code again by pressing '00' and '+10'

Repeat steps one to 5, changing the code at step 4.

Press 0, 0, CLEAR

An "AUTO" message will appear on TV

The player is now region free
