Press set up
Press 1 then 3 then 6 then 9
Press the left arrow 3 times
Press the right arrow
The set up menu should not have a 'version' option that was not there before
change the region to 0 (zero)

Press Open. Press 3 then 3 then 0 then 8 then 8 then 0. Press Play.
Bush 2039
1) Power on the dvd player
2) Press the open/close button once on the remote
3) Press the prog button once on the remote
4) Press enter 3 times on the remote
5) Use the up/down arrows and select region 0
6) Press the stop button until it says region set to 0, to confirm on your remote.
This dvd player is the same as the alba dvd59.

Press Open/Close on your Remote to open the drive tray.
Press Zoom.
Press A-B.
Press Up.
Press Left.
Press Down.
Press Right.
The words Region Free should briefly appear on screen confirming that your player is now region free.
To change the player to a specific region:
Press Open/Close on the Remote Control to open the drive tray.
Press 1 (4 times).
Press 1 to select Region 1, or 2 to select Region 2, etc.
The word Region and then the number you selected should briefly appear on screen to confirm that the setup has been
successful.
To change the player back to Region 2 follow these steps:
Press Open/Close on the Remote to open the drive tray.
Press Zoom.
Press Up.
Press Left.
Press Down.
Press Right.
The drive tray should close the player should now return to its factory default settings.
