Turn on the player without a disc inside
Wait for the menu
Using the remote enter the following: 1, 6, 7, 1, 9.
Chose region (0 for multi region).
Turn the player off!
Thomson DPL-900VD
1. Turn player On in DVD mode, with the tray empty.
2. You should see "Reading Disk" as it is starting up.
3. Wait for "No Disk" Message on the screen.
4. Press 2, 6, 8, 6, 2, 2, 0 and 0 on the remote.
5. Press 0 for region free.
6. Message will now shoe "Reading"
7. Insert your disk and begin playing.
Thomson DPL-910VD
1. Turn player On in DVD mode, with the tray empty.
2. You should see "Reading Disk" as it is starting up.
3. Wait for "No Disk" Message on the screen.
4. Press 2, 6, 8, 6, 2, 2, 0 and 0 on the remote.
5. Press 0 for region free.
6. Message will now shoe "Reading"
7. Insert your disk and begin playing.
Thomson DTH-210E
1. Turn player On and ensure there is no disc is in the player
2. Press 1 on the remote.
3. Press 6.
4. Press 7.
5. Press 0 for region free.
6. Press Stand by.
Converting this player to Multi-Region if the above does not work.
1. Turn player On and ensure there is no disc is in the player
2. Press 1 on the remote.
3. Press 6.
4. Press 7.
5. Wait a few seconds until a service menu appears
6. Press 1 for region 1, 2 for region 2 or 0 for region free
7. The player will now show All
8. Press OK.
Thomson DTH-220E
1. Turn player On and ensure there is no disc is in the player
2. Press 1 on the remote.
3. Press 6.
4. Press 7.
5. Press 0 for region free.
6. Press Stand by.
Converting this player to Multi-Region if the above does not work.
