Tip •• The pin arrangement for the ISO connectors depends on the type of vehicle you drive. Be sure to make proper connections to prevent damage to the unit. Select tuner sensitivity Play with RDS To receive more radio stations or only stations with strong signal, you can adjust the tuner sensitivity. The RDS (Radio Data System) function operates only in areas with FM stations broadcasting RDS signals. If you tune to an RDS station, the station name are displayed. 1 Press MENU repeatedly until [LOCAL] is displayed. 2 Rotate to select a setting: • [LOCAL ON] (local on): only stations with strong signal can be broadcast.

6 Play audio files Set RDS clock You can use time signal that is broadcast together with the RDS signal to set the clock of the unit automatically. 1 2 3 •• Ensure that the disc or device contains playable files.
