Microbeam technology
Microbeam technology enables the delivery of
powerful, precise sound from a compact form
factor. The four high-sensitivity drivers (two at
the sides and two centred) are arranged in a
cross-firing configuration, allowing sound to
beam across a 180-degree soundstage with a
very wide sweet spot. The effect is a compact,
dynamic home cinema speaker that immerses
you deeper into the action.
Tweeter wave guide
Two tweeter wave guides on the top of the
speaker add more sparkle to the sound with
hi-fi qualities. Each wave guide consists of one
soft dome tweeter with a neodymium magnet
system that works with a dedicated amplifier
and tuning. The 18 holes throughout the wave
guide have increasing diameters to ensure a
constant output level from each hole. The
result is a virtual array of tweeters where
every hole acts as a single tweeter, projecting
high frequencies towards walls and reflecting
sound towards the listener.

The B1 is equipped with 5.1 channels with 6
bu
ilt-in amplifiers to deliver great sound
quality. The 5.1 system uses the same speaker
channels and configuration, with a front left
and right, a centre channel, two surround
channels and a subwoofer. It supports Dolby
Digital Pro Logic 2.

setups of any size. And the smaller size doesn't
mean compromised sound. The compact
subwoofer uses a 6th-order bandpass
racetrack design with an internal speaker that
is tuned at different frequencies by two bass
pipes, allowing for a wider frequency usage.
