2 Your CD Soundmachine Introduction With this CD Soundmachine, you can enjoy audio from discs, iPod/iPhone, other external devices, or FM radio stations. The unit offers you Dynamic Bass Boost (DBB) to enrich sound.

Turn on Switch the source selector to DOCK, FM, or CD. AC~MAINS Turn off Switch the source selector to OFF. Option 2: Battery power Caution •• Risk of explosion! Keep batteries away from heat, sunshine or fire. Never discard batteries in fire. •• Remove battery if it is exhausted or will not be used for a long time. •• Batteries contain chemical substances, so they should be disposed of properly. Note •• Batteries are not supplied with the accessories. 1 2 3 7 Open the battery compartment.
4 Play Listen to the iPod/iPhone 1 2 Switch the source selector to DOCK. Dock the iPod/iPhone. Play disc 1 2 3 4 Switch the source selector to CD. Lift to open the disc compartment. Insert a disc with the printed side facing up, then close the disc compartment. Press to start play. • To pause or resume play, press . • To stop play, press . • To select another track, press / . • To search within a track, press and hold / , then release to resume normal play.
Listen to FM radio 5 Play options Note •• Position the antenna as far as possible from TV, VCR or other radiation source. •• For optimal reception, fully extend and adjust the position of the antenna. 1 2 Switch the source selector to FM. Rotate - TUNING + to tune to an FM radio station. Play from an external device You can also listen to an external audio device through this unit. Note •• When you connect an external device to MP3- LINK socket, the unit switches to MP3 link source automatically.

Do not use a solution containing alcohol, spirits, ammonia or abrasives. Clean discs • When a disc becomes dirty, clean it with a cleaning cloth. Wipe the disc from the centre out.
