Install battery C Warning •• Risk of explosion! Keep batteries away from heat, sunshine or fire. Never discard batteries in fire. •• Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type. •• The battery contains chemical substances, so it should be disposed of properly.
Connect power F Caution •• Risk of product damage! Ensure that the power voltage corresponds to the voltage printed on the back or underside of the clock radio. •• Risk of electric shock! When you unplug the AC adapter, always pull the plug from the socket. Never pull the cord. Plug and set The clock radio has “plug and set” feature. When power is connected, the clock is set automatically. Select time zone Check if the time of the clock radio is consistent with the local time.
Set clock D In standby mode, you can set clock manually. Select DST (daylight saving time) mode For countries with daylight saving time (DST), the clock radio offers you DST option to adjust summer time. In standby mode, press and hold 12/24H·DST for two seconds. »» The clock advances by one hour. Tip •• To exit DST mode, repeat the above operation. •• To select 12/24 hour format, press 12/24H·DST repeatedly.
Note •• To turn on/off radio, press RADIO. Store FM radio stations automatically You can store up to 20 FM radio stations. 1 Press RADIO to turn on the radio. 2 Press and hold PROG for two seconds. »» The clock radio stores all the available FM radio stations and broadcasts the first available station automatically. Store FM radio stations manually 1 2 3 4 5 Tune to an FM radio station. Press PROG. »» The preset number begins to blink. Press PRESET +/- or TUNING +/- repeatedly to select a number.
Adjust volume G 5 Set alarm timer Set alarm time H In standby mode, you can set two alarms to ring at different time. Select alarm sound For the alarm sound, you can select buzzer, your last heard radio, or the melody stored in the clock radio. Adjust AL1/RADIO·BUZZ· 1 or AL2/RADIO·BUZZ· 2 to select alarm sound for Alarm 1/Alarm 2. Activate/deactivate alarm timer 1 2 Press AL1/AL2 to view alarm settings. Press AL1/AL2 again to activate or deactivate the alarm timer.
Snooze alarm When alarm sounds, press REPEAT ALARM. »» The alarm snoozes and repeats ringing five minutes later. Press SLEEP repeatedly to select the sleep timer period (in minutes). »» When the sleep timer is activated, appears.
Enjoy mood light The clock radio features decorative mood light with different colors. To turn on/off mood light: 1 Press to turn on mood light. • You can press twice to change mood light to low brightness level. 2 To turn off mood light, press again. To select mood light color: 1 Press COLOR. »» The color of mood light begins to change gradually. 2 To select your favorite color, press COLOR again to confirm. To wake up with mood light: 1 Switch WAKE TO LIGHT to ON.
