If the inbox is empty, the phone will indicate that the
SMS list is empty.
There is an “Unread” icon to the right of a new SMS
in the Inbox list. Once you are in the “Details” screen
of the new message, the message will be changed to
“Read” state and the “Unread” icon will be changed to
“Read” icon.
Once you are in the Inbox, the stored SMS list will be
displayed. You can press / to browse the
messages and the highlighted message will scroll
horizontally to display its contents.
Randomly select a message and press to delete it.

screen: The header shows the caller’s name
and number, followed by the date and time when the
message is sent and the emotion icon (if any), and
lastly details of the message. Press / to scroll
through the screen to read the remaining contents if it
cannot fit within one screen.
For short messages, you can choose the following
options:
•
Reply
: Automatically use the sender's number as the
recipient's.9 number and open an empty text editor
where you can enter the text message and send it
directly afterwards.
•
Forward
: After you have selected the “Forward”
option, the contents of the selected message will
appear in the editor where you can edit before
sending.
•
Delete
: Delete the message from the Inbox.
•
Call
: Retrieve the sender’s number from the short
message and dial the number.
•
Store number
: Only when the sender’s number is not
in the phonebook does this menu becomes available.
This option allows you to extract the sender’s
number from the message and save it.
•
Move to phone
: Move the current selected SMS to
phone.
Outbox
Your phone stores sent short messages in its outbox. If
the outbox is empty, your phone will indicate that the
short message list is empty.
The Outbox is further divided into two folders, to
store sent and unsent messages respectively.
• If “Save Message” is selected, the message will be
placed in the “Unsent messages” outbox folder;
• If “Send and Save” is selected, it will be placed in
the “Sent messages” outbox folder when you send
the message;
